I would of expected this scale to at least support Samsung health.Well, i seen all my info once.. its touchy about when it decides to tell you your weight..it will not sync to the app at all.. and theres no way to manually input your device to sync it that way sooo.. yea anyone know how to sync this thing?Definitely could use some polish.

2. highly recommend it anyone with an Eros Scale :)No Samsung Health support, why no Samsung health app data sync? I don't use Google fit and don't have a iPhone.

3. My other scale had support for so many health apps and the scale was a lot less than the Eros scale was.

5. For starter... No direct Samsung Health support and very glitchy connecting... Eros > GFit > Health Connect > SHealth.

6. I guess I am lucky it's trying to track my weight loss and it's supposedly link to my Fitbit, but it's clearly not💁🏽 ♀️Thought it was good, then...couldn't sync, couldn't add additional user.

1. Fix Eros Scale Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Eros Scale: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eros Scale App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eros Scale" » Open Eros Scale » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eros Scale » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eros Scale app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eros Scale servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eros Scale" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eros Scale app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eros Scale might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eros Scale. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eros Scale then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eros Scale not working

2. Fix Eros Scale Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eros Scale be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eros Scale not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eros Scale may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
