1. Thanks for this app.Very very niceGood app bestI've been practicing yoga for 6 years..... I love these exercises' for a great morning wakeup! Two suggestions, when running a sequence, put a 5 or 10 second break between exercises to allow the student to get into position.
2. This app made my body young again tho & I do what I want again! My L3-L5 were fused 12 yrs ago (DD hit me head on @115mph) so my S.I. joint got overused to make up for lack of mobility.
3. I used ab app too.Best one available I consulted with my orthopedic Dr he recommended me same set of exercise for my everlasting back pain and believe me this application has done miracle for me.
4. This app has the same exercises as P.T., got me off meds, & I'm looking for work again, after 2 yrs! Thank you! TRY IT.
5. Cheers:-)Looks promising in terms of exercises but crashes whenever I try to access statistics.
6. Could have done with a little more quality control before publishing.2-3 times a week and the sitting work in the office is compensated.
