1. Hope developer can check, test and update this apps to work and detect visio .vsdx file on both internal and external sdcard.

2. Can you do test placed a visio .vsdx file on external sdcard and try open using this app, for my case this app unable to detect and open.

3. Please test again and check it for me FYI, i'm using visio 2019 on pc and transfer to phone external SDcard and i use is SanDisk Extreme 256GbWorks really well, even with large.

4. Well integrated program and easy to use.i cannot open my visio 2019 network diagram .vsdx in my sd card inside android phone.

11. It only working when convert it as to .vsd file and move it to internal storage but the path still shows is /mnt/sdcard... So, its weird right.

1. Fix VSD Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VSD Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VSD Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VSD Viewer" » Open VSD Viewer for Visio Drawings » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VSD Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VSD Viewer for Visio Drawings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VSD Viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VSD Viewer for Visio Drawings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VSD Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VSD Viewer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VSD Viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VSD Viewer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VSD Viewer not working

2. Fix VSD Viewer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VSD Viewer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VSD Viewer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VSD Viewer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
