1. It helps to know what we have done.Omg 3 weeks I've been trying to use this app download redownload delete try again.... Now the visiotalent app doesnt down load on to my chrome lap top as I've been advised I have no idea what else to do Not impressed the app is losing me no at as far as I am concerned.would prefer to be able to see my video before sending but overall it's a good app and had no technical issues at all.Very easy to use and navigate, with useful and thorough explanations at each point/ interval in the process.Excellent app.

2. Lastly I was not able to submit my interview.It's my first time using the interview recording app like this, however this app is easy to use and navigate.

3. But during the process, I had an issue navigating to next question, and I already checked that my internet was good at that time.It would be better to be able to watch what we have recorded even though we are not able to do any action .

4. It started recording my respose to the first question and as soon as it got to the second question it frooze! I was not impressed with this App at all.

5. Even just to check your first couple of words weren't cut off as its hard to tell when the recording has properly started as there is some kind of delay.

6. Received an invitation for video interview yet the button to proceed with the interview cannot be clicked at all.

7. I recorded all 5 video questions (10 mins of work give or take) to jump to a different app quickly.

8. Made video interviews so easy to do.

9. but this process is an excellent tool for honing your skills.App broken.

10. However, don't relent in seeking more ways to improve the app.it doesn't matter how hard you prepare for interviews.

11. At least to have an overview included video + informations we fulfilled .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Visiotalent Issues

1. Fix Visiotalent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Visiotalent: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Visiotalent App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Visiotalent" » Open Visiotalent » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Visiotalent » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Visiotalent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Visiotalent servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Visiotalent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Visiotalent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Visiotalent might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Visiotalent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Visiotalent then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Visiotalent not working


2. Fix Visiotalent Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Visiotalent be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Visiotalent not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Visiotalent may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
