1. The checks are printed and not hand written, so I don't see any reason why it can't read the number correctly.UPDATE: Finally the new app has been updated and the issues with mobile deposit we have been having seems to be fixed! So far no more issues.

8. It used to be great until about 2 to 3 years ago they updated it and now it takes about 15 attempts for my checks to get deposited.

9. I kept the old version as long as I could because I continually saw my husband having trouble doing e-deposits on the new version.

10. I love everything about logix and their customer service is great but I will say the app is one of the worst I've ever used for edeposits and seeing previous purchase history.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Logix Banking Issues

1. Fix Logix Banking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Logix Banking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Logix Banking App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Logix Banking" » Open Logix Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Logix Banking » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Logix Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Logix Banking servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Logix Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Logix Banking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Logix Banking might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Logix Banking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Logix Banking then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Logix Banking not working


2. Fix Logix Banking Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Logix Banking be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Logix Banking not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Logix Banking may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
