"Wow I'm paying my phone bill and there's a bunch of confetti" is not the feeling I get when I login and pay my bill.App isn't updating data usage properly (shows data used is only sitting at 43% used) and it's resulted in data being locked unless I want additional data charges in order to get data turned back on.
