About myMetro

1. If you're having trouble with an upgrade or crashing/freezing issues, select the MyMetro app in your phone settings and clear all app storage.

2. Check your balance and due date, review your 4G data usage, make payments, change plans or features, and even reset your voicemail password.

3. You must accept all requested permissions, turn off wifi, and upgrade to the latest version of MyMetro; otherwise the app may not work properly.

4. This free application is used for Metro by T-Mobile customers to make changes to their account at their fingertips.

5. Just another way to take care of the simple things without making a call or standing in line.

6. Try to re-download the app from the Play Store, or just re-launch if there is not an update option.

7. Dial 888-8Metro8 and request a representative if you continue to experience issues after following these steps.

myMetro Customer Insights

1. It's especially extremely obnoxious and infuriating when I'm trying to top up my data and the payment doesn't go through and then it freezes my phone service until the payment finally goes through.I would just like to pay my bill a couple weeks early.

2. I can't connect to wifi when I do want to watch videos! This is all just to use up my data .This is the worst phone service company I have ever worked with! I pay for unlimited data every month but even get reception when I live and work within 5 miles of two stores and multiple towers.

3. I keep getting an error message that I need to verify I have the latest version of the app (I do), to power cycle my phone (which doesn't work), and to make sure I'm connected to the network with 3G or 4G (I am).

4. Won't let you change rate plans, doesn't work most of the time to pay your bill, transfers to phone (computer) that usually doesn't work either.

5. What is the point of having Amazon Prime if I can't watch any TV on there without it buffering every minute! I have contacted customer service numerous times about this issue and they have nothing to say.

6. Having an app that allows you to manage your account and pay your bill is only convenient when IT WORKS ON A CONSISTENT BASIS! Fix the app!Metro PCS has been a nightmare since I became a customer back in November.

7. Highly unrecommended!!Every since this junction with Sprint, T-Mobile, and Metro the phone service has been straight trash.

8. The app freezes, customer service is a joke since it's a hit and miss on whether or not you will be connected with a representative that actually knows how to fix an issue.

9. (double what others charge you can't change it).My phone was ok but now I can't even watch a short video without it having to refresh.

10. If they shut your phone down it doesn't even allow you to go to their web site to pay your bill.

11. My days usage has gone way up and even though I went through the settings to NOT allow any program's to run in the back ground many of them are still running in the back ground including this app! This app even though I do not use it was one of the highest data users! Have convenient is that! Not to me though.
