1. I can't even create an account! Each time I try to put in my email address and password, the app closes! And this is the app I'm supposed to use for the extras I PAID for when I bought my car?? GARBAGE is what this is!! Not happy....Non-functioning. Just got a car last week.

3. I'm trying to reset my password, but the app just displays an "invalid request" error message when I use the reset password button.

7. my experience may be a little unfair to maximus, because I was sold this warranty through the Chevrolet dealership where I bought my car.

9. On one phone, can't create an account, and on another, just completely crashes when I try to create one.
10. UI is just froze and "UI not responding do you want to close or wait" message pop up; however it's so messed up that I couldn't even click the close app link.
11. It would be nice if my dealer had told me about this so I'm not sure if they are up to speed on app.
