1. Because of your problematic version people were forced to un register then re register again which caused an error in the system, then problematic version is fixed now we can use the keyboard to enter the registration code, but we can't get the code because our account is stuck, so how long should we wait its been almost a year when the problem first started? The Application is okay now, but registration on the NBK side isn't.Finally app starts to work properly after one year.

2. But thanks god finally i start using appUsed to work well before I updated my Samsung S8 to Android Pie.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ID Check Issues

1. Fix ID Check Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ID Check: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ID Check App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ID Check" » Open ID Check for NBK » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ID Check » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ID Check for NBK app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ID Check servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ID Check for NBK" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ID Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ID Check might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ID Check. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ID Check then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ID Check not working


2. Fix ID Check Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ID Check be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ID Check not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ID Check may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
