Why should I report an Issue with Mastercard for You?

1. O well, I'll just keep using Visa.What is with the Middle East being the only countries listed to choose from? I would NEVER offer any of my information to this app and it had zero way to even choose the US but requires your location? I thought my phone got hacked and was saying I was in an "Islamic State" which is what it said.

2. After installation only allows me to choose countries in the middle east! Is it wrongly detecting my location because it doesn't suggest anywhere this is a regional app.

Should you do so (at least on samsung) it will give you the samsung pop up that it needs location over and over without you even pressing the ok button (imagine the old widows pop up error)and without promoting you to give it access to location again.Apparently the app is discontinued, as I'm always getting "no internet connection" on multiple connections and phones.Garbage app.

4. Waste of time.Website link goes to US site, address listed in New York, but you can register if you're not in the middle east.

5. This really should have a big, noticeable disclaimer that it's only usable in certain countries--not including the US.App unstable if location permission not provided, only possible to reboot the phone in this case.

6. Requires that you enable location and doesn't allow you to choose USA for country of origin.

7. I haven't found a use for the app yet so just in case it could be useful I've given 2 starsI made the mistake of denying location.

8. Very sketchy and I suggest you don't add your card.App gets stuck with loading circle everytime I open it.

10. Simply unbelievable that an established international company such as Mastercard has such a poorly developed app.

1. Fix Mastercard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mastercard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mastercard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mastercard" » Open Mastercard for You » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mastercard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mastercard for You app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mastercard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mastercard for You" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mastercard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mastercard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mastercard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mastercard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mastercard not working

2. Fix Mastercard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mastercard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mastercard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mastercard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
