Much better than simply taking a photograph which gets lost in my photo album.This app is the best scanner ever since the emergence of all kinds of scanning apps.It takes advantage of surpassing technology in updating its app with many handy tools like bringing more than one document fir same item on one folder by using “add” option and collapsing multiple folders into one folder as well, and many more.This app works perfectly.

1. Fix Scanner APP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Scanner APP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Scanner APP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Scanner APP" » Open Scanner APP - PDF White Scan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Scanner APP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Scanner APP - PDF White Scan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Scanner APP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Scanner APP - PDF White Scan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Scanner APP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Scanner APP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Scanner APP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Scanner APP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Scanner APP not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Scanner APP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
