1. I highly recommend this app!This app is so well made and easy to use! I love the quotes when you open the app and I really like the live rain background effect as well as being able to pick the audio range! I've tried TONS of different apps for rain sounds to sleep to but usually they have ads or stop after a couple hours or don't have a variety of rain sounds.

2. Excellent sound quality, and easy to switch rain sounds if I need a new one if I wake up early.

1. Fix Rainy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rainy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rainy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rainy" » Open Rainy: Rain sounds for sleep » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rainy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rainy: Rain sounds for sleep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rainy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rainy: Rain sounds for sleep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rainy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rainy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rainy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rainy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rainy not working

2. Fix Rainy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rainy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rainy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rainy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
