1. Hopefully, this is something that can be fixed because as a customer of your jump ropes, I would hate to have to stop using the app because it's not optimized.I like the jump rope challenges for workouts and am trying this instead of other options.
2. This should be free (at least for a month or two) if you buy the cross ropes (since they are $100 or more) - Workout filtering options are locked behind premium as well - At least the annual is $60, but still seems high when most people will already have bought the expensive ropes.
3. Pros: Proper tutorials Versatility (more than just jumping rope) Challenges (if you don't know where to start) Workouts (if you don't want to commit to a challenge) Cons: So the ropes themselves, although worth it, are quite pricy.
4. I got mines as a Christmas gift this past year and was hoping to have at least one week free trial of the premium version just to see if the subscription was worth it, but no it didnt.I'm so loving the new enhancements to the app over the past few months.
5. Very disappointed, as I very much enjoy crossrope jump ropes.Buggy. won't load workouts after most recent updates.
6. With premium it's perfect for someone jumping rope.My only experience with the app is using it to participate in the 12 Days of Christmas challenge.
7. Personally, I've also had trouble using it regularly bc there aren't many shorter workouts, and challenges aren't flexible.
8. The whole point of the cross rope system is to be able to use the app which you'd think the 180+ dollar price would cover but nope you'll be spending another $100 every year just to use the app features.
9. The instructions are super clear, the exercises are well balanced (some super challenging, others allow you to recover), and the built in timer makes following along simple and intuitive, just like you were in a real class with a real coach.
10. It's geared toward Crossropes with the change in rope weight mid-workout, but any ropes could work.
11. Some workouts still available for a limited time, and some basic challenges.
Please cancel my subscription. An unathorized charged of $79 was made to my husband's card. I would also like to request a refund please. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
