1. Recording not possible, even when I hear the heartbeat clearly it doesn't show anything but when I remove the device from my belly it suddenly shows a heartbeat??You are scammers! The "recording" wire delivered with the machine doesnt include a microphone input, meaning there is no way for it to record the dopler! You are making false claims and besides hearing the heartbeat very unclearly, the part of saving a recording is not true! Shame on you, I expect you contacting me and sending me the right wire.It works with my AngelSounds device bought from eBay.

2. AaaaiiiiDevice works fine! But app is utter rubbish... cannot record heartbeat.rubbish. doesn't record a thing.

3. Worthless app! Doesn't record anything! Or pickup anything through the app, works with headphones as a standalone device only.

4. Overall dissapointing and wishing I bought a different one now.The app is trash.

5. I didn't have to scan the barcode just plug the cable from the box.Very disappointed.

1. Fix AngelSounds Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AngelSounds: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AngelSounds App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AngelSounds" » Open AngelSounds » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AngelSounds » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AngelSounds app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AngelSounds servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AngelSounds" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AngelSounds app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AngelSounds might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AngelSounds. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AngelSounds then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AngelSounds not working

2. Fix AngelSounds Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AngelSounds be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AngelSounds not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AngelSounds may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
