1. The second pair is where it gets frustrating, they couldn't figure out how to find my wifi the first hour, so after resetting them and deleting all the app data multiple times and moving my router that had full bars for my phone, I got to the end of setup after it spontaneously decided to find my wifi after the umpteenth time, and it got stuck on, "configuring device." At that point I guessed it was time to delete everything and start over again, 30 minutes later they connected but the devices were not visible under, "my devices." A lot of tech nerd jargon and maneuvers later I somehow managed to get this all set up.

2. Whoever wrote this app needs to get their **** together because I'm a tech nerd and it still took 3 hours for me to troubleshoot this ridiculous nonsense and unfortunately for me, my upstairs neighbour is so loud all night that I need this product too much to return it.

3. The app sucked, was poorly designed and was not improved, the devices were non functional out of the box because they needed firmware updates that could only be done through technical support (no longer available 2019) and hours of wasted time and the product did not evolve.

4. Company under "Cambridge Sound Management, Inc."You know what, I figured out after 3 hours how to officially get this app working, but it still gets 1 star because ok first pair of these things paired up fine, yay, all is well, but I had to return them because one of the sockets was defective.

5. Its a bummer this app hasn't been updated in 3 years, I would really like a night version.Cannot get device to work with all the same issues as those before me.

6. NOW NIGHTINGALE IS COMPLETELY OUT OF BUSINESS AND EVERY ONE IS STUCK WITH $$$$ OF USELESS BRAND NEW IN THE UNOPENED BOX PRODUCT THAT CANNOT BE USED BECAUSE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS COMPLETELY OFF LINE.

9. I will put them on red and they are changed to white the next night.Started off good and now having multiple problems.

10. It connects to my wifi, I enter my email address/pw for setup and then I always get the 401 error code.

1. Fix Nightingale Sound Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nightingale Sound: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nightingale Sound App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nightingale Sound" » Open Nightingale Sound » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nightingale Sound » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nightingale Sound app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nightingale Sound servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nightingale Sound" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nightingale Sound app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nightingale Sound might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nightingale Sound. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nightingale Sound then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nightingale Sound not working

2. Fix Nightingale Sound Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nightingale Sound be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
