1. All they say "we are working to solve your problem" for 3 weeks!!!It is the worst, first it does not load fast, secondly the time that it takes for delivery is wrong, if it shows arriving today it still won't arrive, I had ordered a jumpsuit and it shows arriving in 2 days but it arrived a week later, overall WHY DOES THIS APP EVEN EXIST!???!!!!?!!?!Worst experience I ordered during their happy hour They cancel almost half of my order and credited only 24 sr.

2. Suddenly, i received a message saying that " Thank you for your receiving." I went to the branch that I ordered from ,to told them it wasn't me and they said they dont who took my order, although they should cheked the ID of the person and receive a message I just need my money to go back.

3. After I requested a return for my order, and it's picked up since 3 weeks and they are refusing to return my money.. customer service is with no help at all!! Shopping with max costed me my time to follow up for 3 weeks due to a problem from their side.

4. Continue, i am receiving messages from them we missed today, and we are unable to deliverI placed an order successfully for shoes that were under offer using the app, received confirmation mail and SMS.

5. I wanted to order online but couldn't find the item at all.The payment page keeps on loading, and they keep creating new orders.

6. Please note that there is a delayness from the branch to solve this issue.I had my worst experience with max online shopping.

7. They charged me for shipping although they cancel items from the order.

8. I ordered items paid the money selected pickup from the store.

9. Order is out for delivery 2 days back is rescheduled every night.
