Once I click on "proceed" button after entering my card number to check reward points, it will take too much time to load...still loading..loading...then always showing "Please wait" Message followed by message like "Something wrong.. Try after some time.". I have checked and confirmed that there is no issue with internet connection and I'm able to access and use all other Apps except your App.

When I registered a complaint regarding this they asked me some details and I provided it with the transaction id which I got message from my bank, after providing all these details they want my first 6 and last 4 digit of my debit card details to escalate the issue to concerned team when I denied to give details for security, they told can't refund your amount.

4. Check Max Get More app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Max Get More might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Max Get More. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Max Get More then reinstall.
