1. It would be cool if they had the following: - import the stock movement spreadshe of everything, I have to this in a physical book which ain't fun - Have a "clear cart" option before the cart page because of accidental press - Include pay later payments on the transaction page - option to filter out pay later log on transaction and statistic page (since the payment hasn't been done) -The startup logo is always stretched for a few secondsOverall, the app is great.

2. An option 4 variations are still not available, payment links & payment gateway are still only available 4 stripe accounts when are you adding PayPal for those that cant apply 4 a stripe account? Still no coupon or voucher options so can't run promosIt's easy to use and good thing you can also navigate through PC.

3. It is the only major drawback I found, other minor ones are many extra taps after all product selections have been added into virtual shopping cart.

4. Its packed with features and very well out together though.I used the app back in 2020 this is such a nice app 4 anyone that wants 2 sell online with a cost effective method before scalling up to a full fledged website.

5. I just wish they had been upfront on the cost.Mobile POS... There was no PC interface for anything except for customers when they order online, they have recently claimed there's a web version but I can't get it to work.

6. I've been using Square register since 2012, nothing beats them on simplicity and ability to toggle off extra steps during checkout process.

7. Also, Kyte's monthly pricing is confusing, $4.99/mo Globally but USA $6.99/mo, it's not clear.I love this app is easy and I can control my inventory.

8. But i hope the developers would add a feature where I can put multiple photos for a single item because there are a lot of specs of my products that I need to show to my clients.

9. In case I have returns from an order I would love to have the option to return the product from the order so I don't have to do manually.

10. It would be great to manage diferent catalogs or different list of price because no every customer has the same price.

11. Forget personalization! Just starting out? On a budget? It'll do... For now!No integration with Epson industry standard receipt printers that pop open the cash drawer when the sale is rang.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Kyte POS Issues

1. Fix Kyte POS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Kyte POS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Kyte POS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kyte POS" » Open Kyte POS: Store Inventory » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kyte POS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Kyte POS: Store Inventory app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kyte POS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kyte POS: Store Inventory" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Kyte POS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kyte POS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Kyte POS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kyte POS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kyte POS not working


2. Fix Kyte POS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kyte POS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kyte POS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kyte POS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
