Sweat Customer Insights

1. It was also super easy to cancel my subscription any time, which I only did so I could subscribe again for 6 months! I love all the different options for workouts at home and at the gym!two stars bc it's not user friendly.

2. It is adjustable and I love that you can substitute certain exercise, and also choose from a variety of different instructors which help mix up your workout routine.

3. 10/10 recommend this app for any woman looking to workout.I've been using SWEAT since the end of 2019 and I love it.

4. I've gotten so much stronger with it!I love this app & variety of workouts offered! I don't like the challenge aspect.

5. Edit: more than 2 years later, still loving the app! It's absolutely transformed my fitness journey! So far, so good! You can choose from video workouts to follow along or pre-created ones where they just give you instructions for each circuit.

6. Also, it doesn't let you change the day you did an exercise, isn't linked to other fitness apps i.e. fitbit, and no music.

7. It is difficult to look at your phone when holding streches to see when its time to move on to the other side or new stretch. This is an excellent app.

8. Updated 3/1/23: I love this app and use it every time I work out.

9. $20/month should allow for such things.I love this app but I wish there was more variety.

10. I was on a trial period for 3 months that was going to expire soon and instead of sneaking the $20 a month program on me they sent me multiple reminders to either stop the program or change my subscription.

11. Doing more than one program at a time doesn't count towards completing the program.
