1. I went back to my old tracker.An incredibly useful resource for female athletes! I love that I can keep track of how my cycle impacts my athletic performance throughout the month and be able to plan my training accordingly.
2. It's working great now and I use this app regularly to track my periods, gain insight into the different phases of the menstural cycle and read the articles and advice.
3. I would love an option to include symptoms that aren't listed already on the app, but I feel it does the trick for me and my wellness goals.It would be nice to have a wider selection of symptoms to track or to add our own.
4. However, it is limited due to its lack of accessibility to women who don't have a typical cycle e.g. PCOS, endo etc.There is also no option to include contraception used and how this affects training, symptoms and dietary requirements.
