1. Additionally, I'm still able to track all my spending on the business credit cards in the main Amex app... this app allows to track my business checking account.
2. And customer service has no clue.Wish it would have fingerprint or similar login, Like all my other banking apps.
3. Also, not only is the second loan process taking much longer, but trying to change primary bank accounts has been a nightmare and still the issue had not been resolved.
4. Also why can't credit cards, savings, personal and business accounts be all together in one app?No Biometric Login.
5. You would think with a name like American Express basic features like a wire transfer would work, or at the very least you could call to make one like any other bank.
6. No way to make cash deposits, so mobile deposit functionality should be a priority.A total joke of an app and bank to work with.
7. It just logs in and stays on holding....what a turd... essentially this is just a redirect to a webpage for the Business Blueprint service ... not a native app.
8. But, I'd rather have all tracking in one place with added functionality in the primary app!The first loan application was pretty much seamless and the app was very helpful at the time.
9. I have to manually enter login each time as well as enter verification code each time.
10. Please take our feedback seriously!Tried to make a mobile deposit, repeatedly got the error "Your check deposit couldn't be completed due to a technical error." No explanation or way to fix.
11. Very frustrating when you can't access the checking account and that's the only way to deposit checks.
