Why should I report an Issue with BestHelp — Therapy online, men?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of INVOLTA INC to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I come on this app so that I may helpothers and receive help myself but I can't do that when things like this happen and aren't taken care of.If I could pick a 0 I would, whether its bots or not that are telling me to kill myself or send me gore images it doesn't matter, they shouldn't be programmed like that and you should've set up the app correctly before releasing it, its a huge tw and i dont recommend it whatsoever, if your looking for therapy or counselling get 7 cups.

2. When using it as free it's not exactly a place to seek professional help, but there's value in what it offers.The application is perfect and I'm strongly thankful to the creators after trying it on.

3. Would really like to see a much more stable, robust and fast messaging system to make this platform amazing!I like the concept and ideaof the app but there major changes which need to be made.

5. Its a free app unless you'd like advice from a therapist, it doesn't contain gore images 😡Absolutely horrific experience.

6. Getting to post your thoughts and get feedback from others who have words to say is great, and being able to give the same back to others feels just as therapeutic.

7. There seem to be several bots sending incitement to commit suicide messages and even violent, horrific images.

8. Sometimes messages won't be sent for hours and that too completely randomly so if you are in the middle of a conversation with someone, it gets completly cut off and it also becomes really hard to initiate a conversation too.

9. After one single post I made, I got 5 replies telling me to kill myself in graphic ways.

10. If the bugs are fixed, it could be betterNot as bad as I've seen others say I am using the free abilities of this app, and it's not that bad.

1. Fix BestHelp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BestHelp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BestHelp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BestHelp" » Open BestHelp — Therapy online, men » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BestHelp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BestHelp — Therapy online, men app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BestHelp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BestHelp — Therapy online, men" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BestHelp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BestHelp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BestHelp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BestHelp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BestHelp not working

2. Fix BestHelp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BestHelp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BestHelp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BestHelp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
