1. The messaging bugs me the most, because I can't keep in touch with my therapist between sessions.Wonderful service and excellent therapists, but frustrating app.
2. The app won't let you connect to audio via Bluetooth, it will only use the speakerphone, so plan accordingly. So disappointed! The therapists and group sessions are AMAZING and could help so many! BUT the program is expensive and the app is so bad, it's nearly unusable!!!! It pops up a message every two seconds saying the program is not responding.
3. Maybe I'm just having really bad luck but I wouldn't recommend Betterhelp to anyone. My therapist is wonderful, and the habits that I have been building with him have really helped my ability to process complicated obstacles.
4. I can't even get into my video sessions with my therapist! They really need to do some serious work on their platform.Extremely buggy.
5. There's a good amount of options for how you communicate with your therapist, weather you want to do just phone calls or virtual meetings where you see face to face.
6. will definitely be using it for a while. This service is very laid back and professional, very easy to go from therapist to therapist to find what you need.
7. There seems to little or no professional standards on this site, my providers are consistently late, don't show up at all with little to no warning, and more than one provider interacted with their phone during sessions.
8. Re: If you're looking for help with mild (and I do mean *mild*) anxiety or depression and this is your ONLY option, give it a try.My experience with Betterhelp has been unbelievably bad.
9. Typing is inconvenient because it keeps sliding away from my text, adding unnecessary [enter space] and leaves long lines of blank texts, when I didn't even touch the keyboard.
10. The journal feature used to be really helpful, but hasn't worked for months-- it adds huge spaces by itself and moves the cursor around when you try to type.
11. Between the sessions, groupinars and how invested my therapist is.
