1. i just love your app but recently i stopped use it because there is no catalogue if 3 4 catalogue Option add on it it looks more loveable and sweet to use i request to team shopmatic please work on it add CATALOGUE system on it and 2 3 banner on apps and aslo when i uploaded any photos its crack and look liked damaged photos.

Moreover, I can't find any contact number to talk to someone from Shopmatic.This is the most unprofessional company i have seen.I had purchased there paid membership for an entire year.It has already been 8 months & i am not able to use my website with its full potential because of several bugs in the product.I had raised bugs several times but none of them have been resolved yet.

3. If you are willing to pay for just trying out their service.. you may go ahead and they will keep billing you every month even when you uninstalled the app!Just wanted to explore the app, and i forget to delete the account and realise they started sending me email regarding their fees.

4. Disappointed and frustrated of having to log all that info, only to be told its actually not available!It is taking so much of time to process but after several attempts also I'm not able to fill details.It is asking for web address.I want to suggest few things to improve.

5. I prefer using carousell/shopee 🙄 Would not recommend anyone to sign up if you just wanna explore.I hadn't expected that for my purposes, I wouldn't need web developers.

1. Fix Shopmatic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Shopmatic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Shopmatic App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shopmatic" » Open Shopmatic - Sell Online » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shopmatic » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Shopmatic - Sell Online app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shopmatic servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shopmatic - Sell Online" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Shopmatic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shopmatic might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Shopmatic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shopmatic then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shopmatic not working


2. Fix Shopmatic Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shopmatic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shopmatic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shopmatic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
