1. It won't load courses because it says there's a pop-up blocker activated but it isn't.I've been trying to complete my course registration using this app, it keeps loading and loading... I've restarted my phone, changed my network provider yet, the app won't respond in time.

2. It can be frustrating especially as others have started having their sessions but I can't because I've not completed my registration process.Get halfway through a course & wont let me finish continually tells me popup blocker is enabled & its not.

3. (I'm a Health care worker and its quicker for me to use the app than log online)Very useful for those who are learning through mobile, easy to use.

4. Waste of time...My only criticism is that the app needs a pin code after logging in.

5. Will be rolling this out to all my learners soon.Simple layout makes it easy to use.

6. Darkmode option also available for readers who want to learn in night timesUseless.

7. The website site and tried same username and password and domain name but with no joy.

8. If you navigate away from the app it should prompt for a pin code to log in again, at the moment it doesn't.

9. Can see what you have been set and view more if you wish to do extra training.

10. Reviews that say they can't log in are most certainly incorrect login details, not the app at fault.

11. Otherwise a good, easy to use app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Bridge Issues

1. Fix Bridge Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Bridge: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Bridge App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bridge" » Open Bridge: People Matter Most » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bridge » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Bridge: People Matter Most app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bridge servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bridge: People Matter Most" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Bridge app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bridge might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Bridge. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bridge then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bridge not working


2. Fix Bridge Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bridge be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bridge not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bridge may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
