Why should I report an Issue with Insperity Mobile?

1. When the app works it's great but when you have 2 to 3 days each week with errors it b comes more trouble than it is worth as you have to submit your changes on the web page so just might as well do everything from the web interface.Cannot clock in or out anymore from the app since update on 5/12/23!! Before that there was another update and the app wouldnt open, it just crashed! It seems to be ok with people with iphones but I have an Android! Before you ask, all my software is up to date, I've re booted my phone, unis talled the app and rebooted again! Still cannot punch in or out on my phone! Its stuck on searching my location! Even tried from my office! Please fix this!!!This payroll system works great and is very user friendly.

2. I don't want to rush to my computer and force it on immediately to clock inExcellent App very easy to navigate through in the system is set up very wellUI could be better but does what is supposed to.After the first year it was impossible to log in on the App.

3. Was very easy to learn and use... there's probably so much more to find in the system.Phone forced me to update my apps and this is unusable.

5. Why?Time punch function gives me spinning wheel of doom every time.

6. Every time I try it says my credentials are invalid, even though they are EXACTLY THE SAME as what I use for the web version and I have no issues logging in there.

7. It even let me change the password and then said my new password was invalid... Uninstalling and resorting to the web version.

8. Log in the next day and it'll show errors in the punch record.

9. Incredibly obnoxious and the full site version couldnt be more annoying to use.

10. Second, within the last 2 months the App took away the option to clock in with the application.

1. Fix Insperity Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Insperity: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Insperity App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Insperity" » Open Insperity Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Insperity » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Insperity Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Insperity servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Insperity Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Insperity app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Insperity might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Insperity. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Insperity then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Insperity not working

2. Fix Insperity Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Insperity be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Insperity not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Insperity may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
