1. The negatives would be that I'm getting recommended jobs that don't apply to my background or experience (a small few) and more importantly a good amount of jobs want you to apply outside of the app which is always frustrating.

2. The user interface could be improved usability and accessibility-wise but overall, this is a great product/solution that eliminates ATS systems that may reject your resume based on keywords and allows you to connect with another human being from your next prospective employer.

3. Just signed up and there are a lot of mysterious errors happening when trying to proceed through the profile setup.I really like the app, just wish for every section there would be a 'sort by' button to sort by which jobs have been posted most recently.

4. Like when I click 'WFH' and some of the first jobs are from a month ago.Full of the same mass hiting companies you find on every small hiring website.

5. Don't think this app has had much user experience or Quality Assurance effort.So, I look up jobs for IT Operations in my area, and it gives me two options.

1. Fix Wavely Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wavely: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wavely App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wavely" » Open Wavely: Hire & Get Hired » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wavely » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wavely: Hire & Get Hired app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wavely servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wavely: Hire & Get Hired" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wavely app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wavely might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wavely. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wavely then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wavely not working

2. Fix Wavely Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wavely be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wavely not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wavely may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
