Jitsu Drive Customer Insights

1. Don't know if it's the app or if other drivers have figured out how to use bots to score all of the assignments when they're released, but I haven't been able to book an assignment in months, despite repeatedly pressing the "Book Now" at the very second assignments are released.

2. And as others have pointed out, warehouse managers play favorites and assign routes before booking time.

3. And by basically forcing drivers to follow their planned routes without the ability to choose how to make the deliveries, this makes drivers more like employees instead of being independent contractors.

4. Pick up time is at 7am and you wind upstanding outside the warehouse for an hour or because "the routes are not ready".

5. Either way the response time is fast, the routes are short and easy and the work itself isn't strenuous or stressful.

6. Dispatch plays favorites with drivers for routes and 10% early payout is ridiculous! It's bad enough that the pay is not great.

7. Before booking time it shows 10 routes, at booking time they disappear.

8. The app also doesn't complete the registration since even though email is verified, the app does not allow sign in or password resetApp has major issues.

9. Update: some improvements but still missing features.I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that they don't seem to have a lot of routes.

10. Don't waste your time.Since I updated it's hard to book a route.

11. On average you can make $60 easy within 1 hour & 45 minutes! Some routes pay more & your only delivering no more than 3 hours.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Jitsu Drive Issues

1. Fix Jitsu Drive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Jitsu Drive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Jitsu Drive App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jitsu Drive" » Open Jitsu Drive » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jitsu Drive » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Jitsu Drive app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jitsu Drive servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jitsu Drive" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Jitsu Drive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jitsu Drive might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Jitsu Drive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jitsu Drive then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jitsu Drive not working


2. Fix Jitsu Drive Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jitsu Drive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jitsu Drive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jitsu Drive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Today, 9 AM your local driver with van license # LXP9489 drove over our large lawn and adjacent neighbor's large lawn, steering around trees and landscaping. He delivered to the neighbor and left after telling me he would drive up our 1/4 mile driveway again and provide his contact info. As suspected, he didn't drive up. I DON'T want him fired or disciplined. Please let him know that even though we live in the country, we spend time and money on keeping our lawn and landscaping in top shape. After yesterday's rain, he could have easily been stuck up to the axles! I would have had to tow him out!
