1. I went far for my weekly certification every time I go there to do that it always shows an error message to make matters worse it doesn't never gets resolved and people are really trying to do this but no one wants to fix this I mean people are trying to do their best they can't do it if something doesn't workEasy way to file for unemployment in the state of Louisiana.

2. This is my third time attempting in two months and it's still an issue.Got the app so I could easily file weekly benefits for the pandemic, and it doesn't even let me do that.Cannot get past the log in screen.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LA Hire Issues

1. Fix LA Hire Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LA Hire: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LA Hire App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LA Hire" » Open LA Hire » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LA Hire » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LA Hire app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LA Hire servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LA Hire" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LA Hire app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LA Hire might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LA Hire. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LA Hire then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LA Hire not working


2. Fix LA Hire Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LA Hire be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LA Hire not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LA Hire may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
