Not at tested play back optionsCannot send recorded video footage from app, shows only Dropbox and even Dropbox also not getting it, I am using Honeywell IP cams and NVR Please help Earlier I was using CPPlus brand cams and DVR which was so smooth and user friendly features but shifted to Honeywell IP cams for better image and video recordNot working properly when the software gets updated.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HMS HD Viewer Issues

1. Fix HMS HD Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HMS HD Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HMS HD Viewer App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HMS HD Viewer" » Open HMS HD Viewer » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HMS HD Viewer » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HMS HD Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HMS HD Viewer servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HMS HD Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HMS HD Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HMS HD Viewer might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HMS HD Viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HMS HD Viewer then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HMS HD Viewer not working
