1. Quick and accurate, even on low quality barcodes.Other app auto focus and scan your doesn't, yes I tried other options in settings, nothing, I have Nexus 6P, and no I will not email you any other information.

2. The lens is not covered, and other camera and scanning apps appear to work.This barcode scanning application is one of the best I have tried.

3. After an update in March 2023 it no longer works with my camera.When the app says "Ready to scan!", the scan area is pure black as though it has not opened the camera.

1. Fix SwiftDecoder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SwiftDecoder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SwiftDecoder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SwiftDecoder" » Open SwiftDecoder by Honeywell » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SwiftDecoder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SwiftDecoder by Honeywell app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SwiftDecoder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SwiftDecoder by Honeywell" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SwiftDecoder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SwiftDecoder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SwiftDecoder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SwiftDecoder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SwiftDecoder not working

2. Fix SwiftDecoder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SwiftDecoder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SwiftDecoder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SwiftDecoder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
