1. Haven't been able to view my cameras for over a week now.bring back HRG, your new app doesnt work with our system, but you got rid of the old app the worked with our system why?I don't understand why a large company (HONEYWELL) doesn't support the older app "HRG" the only app that supports my systemColor view is terriblePoor business practices.
2. This app does not support my system so now I can not access my cameras remotely while not at home.
3. Can't mobile view our system due to a useless, poorly developed app.
4. Ever since I installed it I get random pop ups that say "network connection failed" even when the app isnt running, even when I'm not near the cameras.
5. My cameras have been inaccessible remotely for almost 3 months, and you have yet to correct the issue.
6. Super frustrating.I had the original HRG app that worked great with my system.
7. I will never suggest Honeywell to any customers.Useless app.
8. Honeywell just decided not to support the older HRG app.
9. I will NEVER buy Honeywell products again, this includes my thermostat and any other product I have.
10. Unreal with today's technology that Honeywell has failed miserably.
