Hope I'm wrong.Works alright, could definitely use some improvements.haven't received single lead since installing this.Great company and service!This is for agents and not homeowners like on television!Offers no property value estimates at all for sellers Strictly an agent referral app.This should be any real estate agent's essential app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HomeLight For Agents Issues

1. Fix HomeLight For Agents Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HomeLight For Agents: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HomeLight For Agents App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HomeLight For Agents" » Open HomeLight For Agents » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HomeLight For Agents » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HomeLight For Agents app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HomeLight For Agents servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HomeLight For Agents" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HomeLight For Agents app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HomeLight For Agents might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HomeLight For Agents. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HomeLight For Agents then reinstall.
