No help.All day I have been getting dozens of the same notifications for the same leads.....when I tried to adjust my notification settings I cant...I do not need an app notification, AND an email AND a text and I also do not need multiples of each for the same lead... this app is not user friendly and is super confusing and tedious to use....This app is terrible.
2. Not user friendly at all.I am happy with this app! You can set reminders to check back in with leads, make notes, and it's very easy to navigate.
3. 3 all communication should for leads & clients should have the ability to display in a list format, Headings: Name/Last Attempt Date-Time/Email content/Text Content/Notes/Reminders.
4. Very annoying.Needs some fundamental changes: 1: for the Workstation platform- NEEDS a button for Notes on the main to menu, further, all the note history for that lead should be displayed.
5. Good concept, easy to operate and navigate when it does work.Absolutely awful! It's always freezing up and crashing.

7. Fake name, number, and emails..seriously? Purge it before someone gets it and gets skipped in the agent rotation because of it.
8. First when I try to send a text message it says that my CINC number is not registered but I know it is.
9. i thought I did because my email automatically comes up but then it says email not found and the worst part is there's no where to ask for help.
10. Development needs to restructure and relaunch this app!I cannot even set up an account, I need this for my brokerage.
11. 2: Where it says "Attempted Contact" should auto update everytime a new attempt is made.
