1. I understand the reason drivers can't open bags to check order accuracy, but when an item is wrong or missing, they only credit you a tiny portion of all the fees and then the item.
2. It is very slow to load, does not handle running in the background well, needs fast WiFi to work, the back button is glitchy, some restaurants have different page layouts and features, and order ETAs are rarely accurate for some places.
3. The app allows me to order from closed restaurants and I don't find out until the delivery time has passed and I check the status.
4. I like the convenience of the service and the app, but just like the other delivery services, they've yet to find a good answer to the issue of incorrect and missing items.
5. It took half an hour after my order was delivered to delete the message that the delivery was delivered.
6. It will also let you attempt to place an order at a closed restaurant if you add an item to your bag before closing, only to glitch out.
7. Also, you get free delivery and a discount on the service fees if you link your Amazon account.
8. Good customer service though, if you can get the contact form to load.The app have significantly improved over time, but maps still work horrible.
9. I had an error with the order that got refunded, and I tried to reorder the item.
10. And twice when drivers couldn't find my condo they just marked the food as delivered, leaving me to sort it all out and get a refund.
11. this isn't my order & I'd like a refund for the missing it.
