1. It only brings up the Wi-Fi your Android is connected to.Allright well it connects and all... works with google home but.... kinda defeats the purpose when it constantly shuts off.. no idea why no timer or countdown I've done factory reset on the device and still manages to automatically shut off every now and then very frustrating and annoying not impressed.this heavenly guided app right here is a complete game changer! a magical reality is born of the events that this app brings to life! once you have downloaded the Green Dot Smart Home app, the next step is for the completion of the apps registration agreement and to finish up your account.
2. I was able to use one as a recycling timer, which would have cost 5-6x what these cost.I followed the directions but the location didn't work.I used a brand name of Mercury for smart lighting.
3. they start.off with rapid blinking and half way through the connection set up, they power on and off and then continue with a slow blink for the remainder of connection process, which then the app will tell me connection failed and cannot add the device.
4. Terrible design and I recommend using a device dedicated to your smart home app.Would not connect tot he App no matter what I tried.
5. I was able to add them to Alexa using smart life app that I had from a different brand of plugs.
6. So if you have Wi-Fi extenders in your house it could be a little confusing, as it does not tell you which Wi-Fi the device is connecting to.
7. Had there been provisions for adjusting the units I would have given it a much higher rating.I love the smart devices.
8. The problem was the device was connecting to Wi-Fi and my Android device was connecting to another Wi-Fi.
9. Light controls (bright, saturation, color) look like dimmers, However they just have 10 "clicks" along the 'dimmer' line where the adjuster parks also light doesn't adjust until you release.
10. Although the light began blinking as described, the Alexa app couldn't see the light bulb or my location.
11. Garbage all around. There's no apparent way to change the units from metric to english for the airspeed and barometric pressure.
