Sweepy Customer Insights
1. Would like to be able to delete "rooms" as well as tasks though.I've only been using Sweepy for a week but I love it! it's simple to navigate and I love that the meter let's me know where the cleaning process is at with each task and when it's time to perform said task again! There are no formal deadlines that make me feel anxious to get something done; just friendly reminders.
2. Being able to assign a frequency and difficulty level for cleaning tasks is super helpful, especially for chores I need to do semiannually or annually.
3. Only being able to edit tasks from the Rooms screen is a bit annoying, and the UI for removing a task from the Schedule is identical to the one for deleting a task on the Rooms screen.
4. It gives a lot of flexibility and help for the household as long as everyone is actually on board with helping.Been using this for a couple months and I'm more on top of routine chores than I've ever been! I like that notifications can be minimal - a reminder to get things done, but not nagging or pushy.
5. After a year of trying so many other strategies to get my two housemates to pull their weight and/or stay on top of things, this app was able to show that they weren't doing enough, and to give a very clear strategy to improve! I have a couple of minor complaints with the UI.
6. It is amazing with or without premium but I do love the schedule since it helps keeps me on track and makes cleaning feel easy instead of chaos.So good.
7. My main complaint is that the task scheduler seems to occasionally totally disregard the suggested frequency and dirtiness levels of some tasks.
8. It's essentially a master list for every chore I can think of, and has significantly decreased the stress of purchasing my first home.LOVE this app!!!! I have tried using so many ways to keep track of cleaning.
9. Just show me all tasks sorted by cleanliness 3) daily reminder option pops up even w/o tasksMost of the reviews here just haven't played with the app enough.
10. One feature I would love is a pomodoro timer that shows the current task fullscreen.
11. No organization/ADHD apps will do this and it's my top most wanted feature.It does what other apps don't: set reminders not based on dates, but rather on time since last completion.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Sweepy Issues
1. Fix Sweepy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Sweepy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Sweepy App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sweepy" » Open Sweepy: Home Cleaning Schedule » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sweepy » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Sweepy: Home Cleaning Schedule app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sweepy servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sweepy: Home Cleaning Schedule" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Sweepy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sweepy might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Sweepy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sweepy then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sweepy not working
2. Fix Sweepy Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sweepy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sweepy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sweepy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I would like to cancel the sweepy app of my i phone and have a refund of the subscription onto the original method of payment pls. my kid ordered it without my permission. I will not use it.

I love the app. Thank you. My family is learning a lot about teamwork and personal discipline. I am struggling with members being assigned tasks that shouldn't be assigned to them. Eg. Daughter assigned tasks in "boys room" and when I delete the inappropriately assigned tasks they are not replaced with an appropriate one. Can I get the option to swap the task for an ugency prioritized appropriate tasks? Is there a way I can deassign certain Rooms for members? I would like for the app to automatically assign a new appropriate task..eg a 'REPLACE TASK' option next to 'remove task' and/or an option to assign/deassign particular rooms to each member. Please enlighten me if I am not using properly. It a wonderfully detailed app but still quite daunting to set up. A beginners instruction manual could be quite useful as well as an in-app help option. Thank you again for your lovely application. My home appreciates it!!
