Not open Saturdays but service is making clients very unhappy to return during the week.The app is usually very easy to use, my only suggestion would be to allow us as service managers to email a copy to our desktop so I can put it in a file folder that I had been able to do previously.Awful app, try to upload for part warranty, 5 times, always kit out, this is trash, also you can used the send back feedback, it just freeze and close the appCan not save photos taken from camera roll.
2. (Maybe issue with multiple camera phones? Old one had a single camera on the rear) 2.Fingerprint login now works properly (I think because my old phone was rooted it didn't like it).

Would be much more beneficial to allow me to submit a PIR when I have a chance, rather than in the middle of the jobI wish it was an app in global connect that I could take pictures and put on my computer then send to gm ☹️ I have never got it to work on a vehicle for the mirror always get an error message opps something happened on their end.
4. 1.QR no longer works flawlessly.(my old phone I could wave my phone passed it and scan it all blurry just fine) New phone I have to hope and pray that me perfectly holding everything in place an properly focused will scan.
5. Also when looking at a coworkers phone that has used this app 3 times we found it strange that the app doesn't seem to store the history of the QR codes that have been "possibly successfully" sent.Horrible app.
6. Had to waste clients time and have them return due to images not labeled (turns out 3 post it notes pointing at area isnt clear).
7. Worthless app now they expect techs to waste their time using this POS!EDIT NEW PHONE.
8. And I'm required to use this to get paid for recall repairs.....Cant upload pics from phone.
9. If I didn't have to use RPT for recalls I would stop using immediately.If you can scan the Vin in RPT without a crash you got lucky.

11. Also, the warranty clerk says my scans from 6/23/22 didn't come through so now what?!?!? Samsung S20+.
