1. It would've been better had they simply let me keep the original app when I made the purchase,itworkedApp works Great for me , been using it for a year now , company does a good job evolving and staying on top of mandated changes with udates ,basic Services free with Hardware purchase but looking at their subscription Services they run deep, minor glitches here and there but that's to be expected, I've used three different eld's they all have user issues I've had to work around, good edit function proper and flexible, I use the free variation and it certainly adequate for me.I am an owner operatore.
2. Great layout, but does not function, last year resort to paper logs 3 times, freezes tablet all time, lot encodes, claim does communicate with engine but still does,it has changed duty status, changed settings with out my knowledge or approve, no customer service , very disappointVery bad service, software, hardware .
3. Every time you turn off truck engine gets disconnected and when you move book stays in off duty .Constantly says I need to update but it only gives me Uninstall or open .
4. Also says every morning I am in violation if I don't wait 15 minutes.Looks like app got updated and now doesn't work... even with full permissions and access to other devices im now starting up work without an elog.
5. I have decided that that commercial vehicle inspectors need to be forewarned and need to start checking on the software on the these devices and I heard that it was a company out of Surrey, British Columbia that is doing this.
6. Switch over to view logs, It shows that it went on duty not driving, Switch back over to the driver page and it says that I'm off duty.
7. Perhaps they should consider direct updates instead, they would avoid a lot of frustration.I've heard that there's some shady stuff going on regarding this particular brand of ELD and that they can cheat the way when paper logs were being used which means they can be overridden or tampered with.
8. App is unreliable and closes on its own.The update prosses needs work, they notify you of updates but the app store takes a month to actually make it available.
9. I am very happy of their suppot and services.Yrs, Finally the update is there and I update the app and now the app doesn't work.
10. The technical support team members and customer service are very helpfull and profetional on their job.
11. I've informed the customer service and technical support of these problems with absolutely no relief.
