myCadillac Customer Insights

1. Almost all other major car brands have one and GM has yet to release theirs. It'd be great if every time you wanted to remote start your car you didn't have get a prompt to only do so where it's "safe and legal".

2. The key fob still allows you to extend the remote start time.Have used this for about 3 years now without much problem.

3. Constantly receiving an alert the car was running even though I couldn't use the app to start it...and I was driving! I do miss the remote start though...back to using the key fob.

4. With the old app, I pressed the remote start button and the app would just do its thing in the background.I've only had the car since July.

5. On her phone you have to hold down the start button for 4 seconds and then often it will not send.

6. Remote start is a really nice feature and the remote lock/unlock has saved me a couple times already.

7. Very frustrating. This updated version sucks! It's like I'm holding the start button forever, only to get to my car; and it's not started.

8. Remote start and diagnostics stopped working.

9. In the past once you used remote start in the app, you could extend it by selecting it again.

10. That's the remote start.

11. After the latest update with the big changes to the user interface, I can't start my car remotely anymore.
