1. Before that I liked the app a lot, it is very helpful if it works, and I love the notifications when something is wrong, please fix app!! UPDATE:6/8/23 After Uninstall and reinstall as suggested, everything seems to be working great now! Thanks for the really fast reply!Slow to load.
2. They keep making changes and update and all it does is makes thing worse! Location service does not work.
3. Why did GM do this to its customers? Should have made it an option, not everyone likes that daunting black screen! No thank you! Does not always list location, many times does not keep a list of trips.
4. I really wish you software people would try out an update before you push it down to everybody! I didn't have problems with previous version, 6.5.The app hadn't worked since when I opened it on 5/9/23.

I would like you to please delete my account on the MyChevrolet app due to privacy issues in accordance with the "relevant data protection law" (GDPR or CCPA), which carries a potential penalty for non-compliance (A $7,500 fine under CCPA and a 4% of annual turnover under GDPR). The way GM has created a culture of pressuring customers into signing away their privacy by grading their sales reps based on the number of users they create is quite low and very sneaky. The sales reps themselves do not fully understand the implications of this app and are only trying to work as hard as they can. This app and its associated functions are an invasion of personal privacy. Please delete my account and all data associated with said account. I have already placed a request for the deletion of my current data ( Request ID: TN110863GJHCTPNH) and would like to STOP all further collection of data.

I would like to have my account delate since there is nothing interesting for me. I would never use the app and account. It would make me fell safer knowing that there is not account that could be use in unlawful ways. thankyou
