Why should I report an Issue with FTX Pro: Trade Crypto?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. clicking a button takes two minutes to work and it does not even show me if it's loading or not.I've been using the app version for quite some time now and thankfully I've never encountered any of the issues other users are complaining about.

It's a pity that there is no way to reposition the chart without the crosshair following as you drag: Perhaps double-tap and hold could be used for chart dragging, rather than conflating dragging+crosshair.Very poor experience, The automatic verification process doesn't even open the camera, I had to estimate and take photos without actually seeing the photo.

3. Same thing reported by other users judging by the reviews :'-(This app, does it even work at all, I need an answer.

4. Even if you just switch to other app for few seconds when you switch back all indicators are wiped! Landscape mode is useless as the chart stays same and take half of the screening.

5. With Advancd Charts, portrait screen is too narrow for the Settings window which cannot be closed, requiring another app restart.

6. Really frustrating experience 👎 if FTX has so many issues while signing up, i wonder what will it do after actually investing in itThis is beautiful app with lowest fees.

8. After it was done somehow, I was asked to fill in my data in form, I filled each and everything correctly, no line was left unattended and still after clicking submit information, it say please fill in all data.

9. It takes 30 seconds to several minutes to respond to most of my inputs (which is just unacceptable, especially when margin spot trading).

1. Fix FTX Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FTX Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FTX Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FTX Pro" » Open FTX Pro: Trade Crypto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FTX Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FTX Pro: Trade Crypto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FTX Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FTX Pro: Trade Crypto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FTX Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FTX Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FTX Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FTX Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FTX Pro not working

2. Fix FTX Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FTX Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FTX Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FTX Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
