Smart Alarm Clock Customer Insights

1. (e.g. being at a hospital, church, in a meeting, etc etc) Other options are just nice to have but the more options, the more personal the experience and the more control the user has.This app was my go-to for about 3 years, but recently it seems that if I don't immediately wake up to my alarm, it completely overheats my phone in about 20 minutes and is forced to shut down, and it doesn't play the other alarms i set after.

2. This has many customizable options including a slow fade in (my favorite), lovely melodies, multiple alarms, and different choices for turning the alarm off.

3. If you have a hard time waking up and getting moving this is a great App! Keep up the great work.I was trying to find a good alarm that didn't let you immediately snooze.

4. This is fine for a very basic alarm app but some of the options I listed are vital to giving you control so alarms don't interrupt you when you need them not to.

5. For my favorite setting, the alarm goes off and plays a custom song I chose and then I have to hold down a button for a specific amount of time.

6. After being at rest all night it goes off right on time! Not around, near or close to but right on time I've been searching for an alarm app for a long time and this is my new go to!While the app does have ads it's an awesome alarm clock.

7. I had used the stock alarm on Android for many years and after a while it had alarms going off at different times of the morning.

8. I've accidentally hit the snooze button a couple of times and I'm forced to wait until the snooze is over before I can dismiss the alarm.

9. 3- allow an option to limit the number of times that you can snooze an alarm.

10. It works! I'm shocked about how many alarm clock apps don't always work.

11. This alarm is the only one out of several I have tried that only goes off at the time it was set for.

  1. Restart Smart Alarm Clock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Smart Alarm Clock App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Alarm Clock" » Open Smart Alarm Clock » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Alarm Clock » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Smart Alarm Clock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Alarm Clock servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Alarm Clock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Smart Alarm Clock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Alarm Clock might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Alarm Clock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Alarm Clock then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Alarm Clock not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Alarm Clock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Alarm Clock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

  • I am very angry with the company that makes this app. I know they are called Appenvision LTD. All I want to do is cancel my trial subscription today because I will be charged for a subscription starting on November 20, 2023 that I do not want. Making it difficult for the consumer to cancel a subscription without going through what I have gone through today. It’s ridiculous. It is poor business practice. Appenvision Ltd should be ashamed. I expect to receive an email telling me my subscription has been canceled.

  • There is no place to cancel my free two day trial in any of your Smart Alarm App information. It has taken me two hours to find information for help on My trial ends on November 20 which is tomorrow.
