Simple Alarm Clock Customer Insights

1. It DOES adjust itself back to the correct alarm time, but it takes days for that to happen.I love this app, it's exactly what I need and is easy to use, but since I updated my phone (Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G) the alarm won't appear on the "off" screen.

2. It happened in church once so it would have been nice to have a "shake the phone to turn off alarm" feature.

3. Samsung S9, Android 10When setting the alarm for the first time didn't give much thought about the options.

4. This will be my last alarm.I like that I can set 1 or more alarms and have their alarms override phone volumn settings.

5. However, recently I've been having an issue where the alarm starts (on time) but WILL NOT SHUT OFF.

6. If it's possible to fix this with an update I would be most grateful.Nice alarm clock.

7. To turn alarm off was a 3 step option, that you have to respond to, you can also change that option.

8. You can also set the days you want it to go off.This was my favorite alarm app, very reliable, until the Nov 17th update.

9. Alarms can be just a one time alarm or a repeating one.

10. Now I have to tap to get the screen, swipe, pull the drop-down, tap, and then stop the alarm.

11. The ringtone I had set only works some of the times and other times when it does ring...it's a very loud annoying ring even tho the settings still show my original ringtone!! You sure missed the mark on all these changes.

  3. Clear Simple Alarm Clock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simple Alarm Clock servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simple Alarm Clock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Simple Alarm Clock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simple Alarm Clock might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Simple Alarm Clock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simple Alarm Clock then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simple Alarm Clock not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simple Alarm Clock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
