1. The rating was a bit lower, but the performance is way higher than anything else I've used.. Thanks, bro, for the good, clear sound and adjustable record volume!! 3. The interface is clean and intuitive, easy to navigate and it just plain works! Calls are automatically, and seamlessly recorded, both sides of the conversation are recorded at near equal volume levels, and are clean and static free.

4. It used to be that you would lose the voice of the caller on the other end of the call if you switched to a Bluetooth device (like your car) - I think this is fixed, but I'm not sure.

1. Fix Call Recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Call Recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Call Recorder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Call Recorder" » Open Call Recorder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Call Recorder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Call Recorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Call Recorder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Call Recorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Call Recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Call Recorder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Call Recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Call Recorder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Call Recorder not working

2. Fix Call Recorder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Call Recorder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Call Recorder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Call Recorder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
