myAlarm Clock Customer Insights

1. This has meant that on a number of occasions the ONLY way I've been able to turn off an alarm is by restarting my phone! This is NOT how I want to wake up in the morning!This is so sketchy.

2. After reading all the good reviews i thought great this is what I've been looking for but after setting the alarm to try it out i had no sound using my Android phone.

3. I paid for an upgrade and I can only set one alarm and it alternates between not sounding and not being able to turn it off.I WANT to love this app.

8. once an alarm has been created you cannot delete it, just switch it on and off.

9. About half the time, rather than playing through the main speaker, my streamed audio plays through the phone's ear speaker.

  3. Clear myAlarm Clock - News and Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myAlarm Clock servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myAlarm Clock - News and Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myAlarm Clock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myAlarm Clock might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myAlarm Clock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myAlarm Clock then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myAlarm Clock not working
