Why should I report an Issue with FitGift: more health more earn?

FitGift Customer Insights

1. We'll see if they pay out the initial $.10. In the short time I had the app I was able to cash out $0.40. However, to get higher cash outs you have to install and play games in addition to walking.Great app.

2. some of my problems are that the games they give don't really seem to be to appealing after a while and it needs you to rack up a lot of points so I say it's okay if you want some loose change but I don't recommend spending all day on it or taking it on full-timeI would rate this app higher but it has a couple issues.

3. You have your ads, and games which are tasks to complete, once completed you're under review 😉 It takes longer, and harder to cashout for the 2nd time.

4. But this app... you do your walks, track your water in take build up coin to where its over $1, but you can't withdraw the dollar until you build up 500 tickets by playing games.

5. All of the games I've already downloaded, and the library of games to download are all gone and it is just a screen with a green square and a game control icon in the center.

6. 5) You guys really need to stop putting out new features and start prioritizing bug fixes.it's a very good game I admit it has very good selection it helps and checks up on you health if you walk you get payed with points .

7. But the problem I'm having is all of the games that you need to earn points, will all of the sudden be gone.

8. And when playing games some times the ads do not play and you have to leave the game and go back into it.

9. $5, $10 maybe it would be worth it, but for a buck? Keep itIt actually pays out easily the initial time, the more you play, the more complicated cashouts become.

10. 2) I can't view tasks for games that are not at the top of the main games page.

11. 4) It would be nice if I could remove or hide games that I'm no longer playing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FitGift Issues

1. Fix FitGift Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FitGift: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FitGift App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FitGift" » Open FitGift: more health more earn » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FitGift » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FitGift: more health more earn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FitGift servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FitGift: more health more earn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FitGift app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FitGift might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FitGift. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FitGift then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FitGift not working


2. Fix FitGift Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FitGift be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FitGift not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FitGift may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I can not cash out of the app. I get a log into your Google...which I am then it comes up "tokens prepare failed, please check network. I had no problem cashing out from my other phone.   • I've been using this app for about 4 Mos now I've had no issue cashing out $1 and $5 so I decided to go for the $50 payout it requires 1.5 million points and no tickets to cash out the $50 so I'm just over 1.3 million points and all of a sudden it changes to 3.5 million for the $50 I'm pissed! I've spent countless hours on this app watching ads to get these points to cash out the $50 the points actually ad up to $44.31 proving it was originally 1.5 million and not 3.5 million as all of a sudden I'm close to the payout they decide to change it to 3.5 million but they 4 get to change the way the points add up accumulating into dollars so they lure you in by allowing you to cash out small amounts then change it to more then double the amount needed? I'm contacting the BBB if you don't fix this I have already taken screen shots of this so I can prove it starter at 1.5 million there is no denying that I'm close to my $50 payout and I expect to be paid!!!!!

    You used to be My Favorite app.
    Now I'm terribly disappointed in results.
    I have downloaded many apps, and completed many task. But NO LONGER RECIEVE TICKETS.

  • I'm not sure what your using to come up with the conclusion that I'm using a VPN but you are incorrect! Not only am I NOT using a VPN but I've never used one in all my life! I have no need to do so nor wud I even want to know how to do so, this is the 2nd time you have suggested I'm doing this bit I'm yelling you I am not and my app works just fine!   • I had over $10 earned on my FitGift app and then it said the network was down on Nov. 30, 2022 and now it came back up today on Dec. 1st but now it says I only have $5 and my tickets and coins I had earned up to to the $10 worth are not in my account anymore. Please correct this issue, I have been playing for several months now and not cashed out and I don't want to lose the coins, tickets and cash I had already earned. Thank you very much for your help🙂

  • I had over $10 earned on my FitGift app and then it said the network was down on Nov. 30, 2022 and now it came back up today on Dec. 1st but now it says I only have $5 and my tickets and coins I had earned up to to the $10 worth are not in my account anymore.   • Spent alot of time to get the 1500,000 points for the fifty dollar pay out. When I tried cashing out the game wouldn't let me. I kept trying for several weeks even sent ina couple of complaints. Then last week I saw you changed the rules where you have to have 3,5000,000 for the fifty dollar pay out. You guys are crooks. I'm deleting your game and letting all my friends to do same. Going to go with cashalarm.   • My name is Hannah Brown and I have had the app on my phone for about 8 months to a year. I have cashed out 1 time before and I am trying to do it again and it keeps saying that it can't login to my google account or something like that due to network error, however there is no network error at all. I got a new phone a couple months ago and the app transferred fine, its telling me that there is no account to any of my emails that I provided nor is it letting me cash out my $5 to paypal, which is very frustrating and irritating especailly since I use this app for that reason exactly. I can send you screenshots of my phone showing that I have enough to cash out and I put time into getting that money so what do I have to do to get this fixed???? It's not showing anything at all nor is it showing that I have cashed out 1 time before because I wanted to make sure the app actually worked and wasn't a scam since there are a ton of apps like that! I AM FURIOUS!!!!!

    I can send you screenshots of everything it is showing plus screenshots showing I can cash out $5 to paypal and I can get a bank statement showing were I cashed out before as well.
