CardioCast Customer Insights

1. I don't really want to be in a group class or pretend to be on the road.Love this app! The music volume level and instructor volume level can be adjusted independently of each other so you can balance them to your preferences.

2. I like that you can control the volume of the instruction and music independently, and that you can pick workouts based on how much time you have.My absolute favorite workout app.

3. I typically start a workout and pause it to allow for spooling, which isn't ideal but seems to work fine most of the time.Sometimes I can't make it to spin class (and now with covid19 spreading, all the classes here are cancelled) but I can still get an awesome workout with this app.

4. However I had to stop my workout 6 separate times in 30 minutes due to buffering or misalignment of the instructor voice and music.

5. I also love that you can turn the music and instructor volume up and down separate from each other.

6. The instructors do a great job to get the music they choose to set your momentum and intensity for your work out.

7. You are better off using a fitness tracker if you want to know heart rate, calories, etc.Great variety of workout styles and lengths.

8. Great prompts, very motivating, and good music, too.

9. even when i have their voice full volume, i still have to have the music level far too low to always hear them clearly.

10. Update - love the addition of Rachel! She gives a great workout.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CardioCast Issues

1. Fix CardioCast Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CardioCast: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CardioCast App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CardioCast" » Open CardioCast: Audio Workout App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CardioCast » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CardioCast: Audio Workout App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CardioCast servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CardioCast: Audio Workout App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CardioCast app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CardioCast might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CardioCast. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CardioCast then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CardioCast not working


2. Fix CardioCast Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CardioCast be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CardioCast not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CardioCast may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
