1. Android app for intense workouts that combines high intensity intervals, with slow recovery phases, repeated during one exercise session. 1 - Repetitions (intervals with distance): you can set the intervals indicating for each one of them, the distance and the intensity. 2 - Interval training (intervals with time): you can set the intervals indicating for each one of them, the time and the intensity.
2. At the end of workout, you can assess your performance through the summary of the data which will show: total time, distance traveled, average speed, average pace and calories.
3. For each interval it will show distance, duration, speed and pace.
4. During training, a timer will show the remaining time to the end of the interval and voice directions will be provided on the next one.
5. You can analyze your performance on the charts of the speed and pace and you can see your path on the map.
6. Ideal for a workout in: running, cycling, HIIT, spinning, fitness, box, tabata, etc..
1. Also, these paces change over time & there's no way for me to see what pace I should be running when I'm on a run.Does exactly what I want it to - build your own interval workouts with audio clues.
2. The stats on archived workouts are great.I enjoy the real-time pace it gives & it helps me plan runs & review paces as it gives pace per interval after a run.
3. Game changer for those runners who want a time or distance interval training session.
4. Edited from four to two stars because app shuts down every time I scroll down to see interval history.Have used several running apps, found most of them to be inaccurate or have glitches in recording the run.
5. I also ran anout 2.5km and it said I ran only 0.10km... Idea is good but some technical issues make it useless. What the "repeats" app should do: calculate total distance run, when distance matches repeat distance, update to the next repeat.
6. One feature I'd like to see in the future is the ability to make intervals using distances and pauses using time (like run 800m then pause for 30 s).
7. In the distance interval the voice is late and you don't know when you reach the distance wanted.
8. Love that it'll check your pace during intervals and notify if you need to slow down or speed up.
9. I then did a time interval training instead.
10. What it actually does: calculates as-the-crow-flies distance to where you were when the last repeat change happened.
11. It's all free!!Great concept for interval training.
