When these options are available I'll update the rating.Good program, but stops at 2022, i contacted the developer to ask if they'll be updating it to 2023, and they said no, but you can go back to a similar year where the dates line up to still keep track to a point, 2017 has the same days as 2023Love the app however I updated for 2020 and it's not giving me option to enter payroll for 2020 at this time I need to run payroll and can't do to this issue.

2. ThanksWith this being the free app it works but it needs some extended software programming add-in to give it the full use applicatable deductions entry input boxes and taxation entry input boxes and a direct deposit entry input boxes to name a few for updates.

3. 4 stars for smooth transitions and ease of use.. Say you're entering the info for the third employee on the list for Sept, when you hit save and go back to select Oct for the same employee, it will automatically put you back to the first person named on the list, which gets frustrating.

4. I don't want to look for another app cause this one has been the one I've used for last 2 years.It was great but now when I try to view paystubs it says can't find pdf viewer.

5. You used to be able to click that and then you could save it to your drive or email or just view it as a PDF but now nothing!! What the heck?Excellent payroll program.

7. if you do payroll, this is easy to use and as i said, fast and accurate support!!!I used the app for the payroll calculator and it was off from the actual paycheck by $8x.xx ish.

8. I appreciate the creator for making this product it has really helped my business and it is totally free.It's ok easy convenient as long as screen shots are what you need.

9. Never had any problems until now it says no pdf viewer when I click the little envelope when your on the paycheck stub.

1. Fix Payroll Xpress Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Payroll Xpress: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Payroll Xpress App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Payroll Xpress" » Open Payroll Xpress » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Payroll Xpress » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Payroll Xpress app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Payroll Xpress servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Payroll Xpress" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Payroll Xpress app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Payroll Xpress might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Payroll Xpress. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Payroll Xpress then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Payroll Xpress not working

2. Fix Payroll Xpress Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Payroll Xpress be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Payroll Xpress not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Payroll Xpress may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
